Dr Elizabeth has over 16 years of experience as a counselling and organisational psychologist. She has extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationships, ADHD, Autism and trauma-related issues and has a special interest in the neurology that informs mental health issues.  She is passionate about taking a holistic view of mental health and seeing the person behind the diagnosis. 

 Cassandra is a General Psychologist, registered NDIS practitioner and a Member of The Australian Psychological Association. Cassandra has experience supporting varied presentations including complex mental health conditions, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, neurodiversity and trauma-related conditions. 

With a deep commitment to non-judgmental, compassionate and holistic care, Cassandra is known for fostering a therapeutic environment that recognises and builds upon the unique strengths of each individual while providing practical coping skills that are tailored to their needs and personal goals.

 Cassandra is person-centred and prioritises creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

Jess is currently undergoing her Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has worked with clients in clinical settings for many years and is a passionate about providing empathic, informed and  neuroaffirming mental health care.

 Andréa is a recent psychology honours graduate. During her fourth year she completed a thesis investigating the experiences of autistic individuals. Driven by a passion for mental health, she aims to advance her expertise in psychology, eager to contribute meaningfully to the field.
